Three settings, three ways of working

In a shopping centre, the work is often done outside opening hours, in a unit being renovated surrounded by active stores. The scan, quiet and dust-free, fits these constraints.

In a plant, the slab supports heavy equipment and may contain in-floor power conduits. The visit follows the production schedule.

In an industrial park, buildings change tenants frequently. Each fit-out adds penetrations, while the original drawings no longer show the actual condition of the slab.

What the site team receives

Each scanned location is marked on the floor and documented in the PDF report, with the position of targets and the areas where drilling is not recommended. The driller knows where to place the core drill; the engineer has a written record for their recommendations.

How many points can be scanned in one visit? It depends on how spread out the points are and on access. Send us the plan of the planned penetrations; the quote specifies the estimated duration.

Does the scan detect radiant heating? Ground-penetrating radar generally locates radiant heating tubes, depending on their depth and the type of concrete. Mention their possible presence in your request.
