Industrial slabs, a special case
Industrial buildings along highways 15, 440 and 13 often change use: new tenants, new production lines, reorganized storage areas. Each change brings its share of anchors and penetrations in a slab whose drawings are not always available.
An industrial slab is generally thick and reinforced, and may contain conduits feeding floor-level equipment. Hitting a live conduit while drilling puts the crew in danger and stops production.

Frequently asked questions
Can ground-penetrating radar see through a thick industrial slab? We adapt the frequency to the thickness. Very dense concrete or concrete reinforced with steel fibres can limit penetration; we assess this before proposing the method.
Can you scan a large area for racking? Yes. Provide the planned racking layout; we scan the anchor locations rather than the whole slab, which speeds up the work.
